The wind power bolt sleeve automatic sandblasting machine consists of a sandblasting chamber, an automatic turntable system, a spray gun swing mechanism, a continuous sandblasting system, a sand circulation system, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system. This equipment is used for automatic sandblasting treatment of the surface of pre embedded bolt sleeves, achieving processes such as surface finishing, deburring, and oxide removal.
全自动喷砂机由喷砂室、自动转盘系统、喷枪摇摆机构、连续喷砂系统、砂料循环系统、除尘系统以及电控系统组成。
本设备用于对预埋螺栓套表面进行自动喷砂处理，达到表面光饰、去除毛刺、去氧化皮等工艺。

1、处理效率高,八工位转盘连续生产,每小时处理螺栓套达120根以上:

3、粗糙度均匀,多支喷枪垂直分布,上下摆动,工件同步自转,确保表面喷砂均匀;
